If an update is available it will automatically download and install. To update your copy of Analyze 8.1 manually, click on the link below that corresponds to your operating system, and download the patch file to your system. When the download is complete, exit Analyze if running (if you are running a PC floating license or running on a Unix, Linux, or Mac workstation, you must also shutdown the license server/service using the BIRlic command as shown in the Analyze 8.1 Installation Instructions). Run the patch file on the system which has the version of Analyze to update. The first thing you will see is a directory selection box. Select the Analyze install directory (C:\BIR on most systems) and select "OK". The patch file will update all of the relevant Analyze files on your system.
