Live Support provides user-driven technical support through our live remote-assistance tool. With this tool, a member of the AnalyzeDirect Support Team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get you on your way to a solution to any technical problems you may be experiencing. Live support is available to evaluators and customers with Maintenance Agreements. To purchase a Maintenance Agreement please contact sales@analyzedirect.com. Live support can be purchased on an hourly basis, for pricing information please contact sales@analyzedirect.com.

How to Access Live Support:
Step 1: Call the AnalyzeDirect Support Team at +1 (913) 338 2527. The Support Team can be reached during normal business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S.A CST, Monday through Friday (excluding official US holidays). If you have already scheduled a live session, a member of the AnalyzeDirect Support Team will contact you at the telephone number you have provided.
Step 2: Once you are on the phone with a member of the Support Team, you will be directed back to this page to initiate the screen-sharing session. Complete the fields below, select your support representative from the drop-down menu and click the Click Here button.
Step 3: You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.
Step 4: With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
Step 5: You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
