AnalyzeDirect offers several options for training - live online training with the AnalyzeDirect Support Team, workshops with the Analyze development team at Mayo Clinic's Biomedical Imaging Resource, and on-site training.

Live Online Training

Live online training is provided by the AnalyzeDirect Support Team via remote computer access and telephone conference call. With our live remote-assistance tool your online training session becomes an interactive experience, tailored to your needs. The live remote-assistance tool allows you to view the screen of the AnalyzeDirect support representative as they navigate through Analyze, directed by your questions and needs. For a more "hands-on" approach you can also share your own screen, mouse, and keyboard, allowing the AnalyzeDirect support representative to direct you step-by-step.

Live online training is provided to customers with a current Maintenance Agreement under the included Online Support Services. However, live online training can also be purchased on an hourly basis. Analyze Workshops

Analyze Training Workshops are offered annually with the Analyze development team at Mayo Clinic's Biomedical Imaging Resource. The Workshops provide in-depth training in the use of the entire Analyze software system and introduce fundamental biomedical imaging concepts including explanations of Analyze algorithms, techniques and results. One-on-one sessions are also available in the evening to provide individual attention and assistance.

On-site Training

On-site training sessions are offered in one, two or three day sessions. The sessions can be a general overview to teach you the fundamentals of using Analyze, or can be tailored to more user specific needs. For extensive training sessions or user-specific training sessions requiring the expertise of more than one trainer, the appropriate number of training staff will be sent to your site. Training fees are charged on a per-trainer basis, plus expenses which include round-trip accommodation from Rochester, Minnesota, USA, plus all other travel, accommodation and meal expenses. All training sessions are subject to the availability of Mayo staff, who are provided at the sole discretion of Dr. Rich Robb.
