Analyze is licensed for use for research purposes only. It is not intended for clinical use. AnalyzeDirect makes no representation that Analyze is a clinically approved medical device, and users understand and accept that any display, processing or measurement data obtained using Analyze may not in any way be used for clinical purposes. Analyze must not be used for any purpose other than research. Each license to Analyze is issued with a corresponding license agreement which is either accepted or declined during the initial use of the software. If declined, the user cannot use Analyze. If accepted, the following clause of the agreement referring to research use is also accepted:

"5. USE FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY You may only use the software product for research purposes.

The United States Food and Drug Administration 510K approval has NOT been applied for nor received for clinical use of the software product."
