Once you have received a price quote, the purchase can be completed either by credit card, purchase order, personal check, or wire transfer.

To purchase by credit card:

1. Credit card type (Mastercard/Visa)
2. Credit card number
3. Expiration date (MM/YY)
4. Name that appears on the credit card
5. 3-digit code on back of credit card
6. Billing address for the credit card
7. Whether the credit card is a company or personal credit card.

To purchase by purchase order:

To purchase by wire transfer:
If you choose to pay by wire transfer please use the amount quoted on the price quote in US dollars. Please ensure that the full amount quoted is transferred, and that originating bank wire transfer charges are not deducted from the amount transferred.
