Analyze 8.1 pricing depends
on the type of license purchased and whether the user is a commercial or an
academic institution.
Two different types of
Analyze licenses are available for purchase. A node-locked license
allows Analyze to be run on one workstation only, while a floating license
allows a workstation to act as a license server, "floating"
the license to any number of client systems. Any client system with access
to the license server can check out a license from the server if one is available.
However, if only one floating license is purchased, two or more clients cannot
run Analyze simultaneously.
Academic discounts are available for accredited
academic institutions.
All Analyze purchases include 30 days of free technical
support. The purchase of an extended support and maintenance agreement
is highly recommended for all Analyze users. These can be purchased
in 12-month increments and include unlimited, e-mail based technical
support and software upgrades, if an upgrade is released during the

Subscription Pricing
Analyze has always been licensed on a "perpetual" licensing basis, i.e. a permanent license which we distribute in 12-month increments to allow customers to change the hardware on which the Analyze license is installed. With Analyze 8.1 a new shorter term node-locked license will also be available for customers who only require Analyze for a limited amount of time.
